How do I post a single job? Use our easy, online QuickPost to post your jobs to one or all jobs within the Career Exposure Network™! Have your credit card handy and your job will be online in minutes!
 
What type of payment and terms are available for Single Job Postings? Using the online payment system, the site accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express. Call for invoice (includes $20 processing fee). Jobs are activated and online in minutes and active for 60 days.

Can I be Invoiced for a Single Job Posting? YES. Please call a sales representative to assist you with your purchase. There is a $20 processing fee for invoicing. You will need to provide additional billing information to complete your purchase. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and your job is online same day as requested for 60 days.
 
Can I cross-post my job at other sites? YES. Using the online credit payment system, you may select other sites with the Career Exposure Network™ to post your jobs to INCLUDED in the current price of $299. Select from any of the following sites: CareerWomen.com, DiversitySearch.com, MBACareers.com, MBAWomen.com and CareerExposure.com
 
How do I edit a job posting ? Call your Account Manager to activate changes to your job posting. Single Job Postings or QuickPosts are not available with edit/refresh features. Any small correction/typo, after submission, will need to be corrected by an Account Manager.
 
How many jobs can I post? Each Corporate Membership Package provides you with unlimited job postings! There is no limit on active, archived for retired jobs stored in our system. If you are interested in custom Job Wrapping, contact your Account Representative. Depending on your current applicant tracking software, different fees apply.
 
How do I delete a job, so that job seekers won't see it? If you are a Corporate Member, login to your Corporate Membership Account. Find the job in the Current Job listing. By "retiring" a position listed here, the job will be inactive (not viewable or searchable) by job seekers and will be stored in Job History tab. The Job is not removed from the system, but simply de-activated from the Job Search tool.

If you are a QuickPost Employer, please contact your account representative to have the job removed from the site.

 
How do I make the job more viewable by more seekers? (refreshing date) There are several ways you can do this:
  1. Fill as much information on each field (industry, job category, locations, skills, etc)
  2. Select multiple locations, industries and categories to ensure our search agents will find your job often.
  3. "Refresh" the job posted date from your Current Job Tab, which will make the job appear on the top of search results.
  4. For added exposure, we suggest a Corporate Profile, Up Close & Virtual Interview and/or employment advertising campaign. Talk with your sales representative for these and other custom solutions.
 
How do I access resumes? If you are a Corporate Member, simply go to Resume Access tab and enter your criteria. Resumes, like Jobs are sorted by the most recent date - Posted Date.
 
Can I save interesting resumes? As a corporate member, you will have an option to save resumes when you are viewing them. When conducting any Resume Search (Resume Tab), you can click on the Job Seeker's name to view the entire resume contents. Here, you can save the Job Seeker within your account. Simply choose a job from the pull down menu that appears on the actual Seeker Resume that you think this candidate will fit and hit "Submit". Now you have saved a resume and you can organized them according to available jobs.
 
How do I share interesting resumes with my team members? In your corporate account, click on Candidates tab for resumes you already have saved in the system and attached to a particular job, and click on "distribute" button. Enter the e-mail address of people who you wish to share the resume with and hit Submit.
 
I want to send a letter(s) to job seekers who have applied. In your corporate account, click on "Candidates" tab, and click on "send letter" button. Choose the letter that you wish to send from your stored template letters, and hit "Send".
 
Can I change my user name? Yes. Your username is your email address. Using your Membership account, you may change your username under the Account Tab by clicking on your name (account holder's name). Please remember your new email address.
 
Can I change my password? Yes. Using your Membership account, you may change your password under the Account Tab by clicking on your name (account holder's name). Please remember your new password.
 
What are some Resume Search Tips? Search by Keyword first: Use the keyword search features to verify candidates meet your basic criteria. Enter skills, job titles, even company names the candidate was previously employed with. Avoid using parenthesis, plus signs, commas or other character. What you enter in the keyword field will be taken as literal. If you are looking for "sales manager", then that phrase will appear in the search results. After finding candidates who match your criteria, begin narrowing your search by location, salary, job level and degree requirements.

Search by Minimum Requirement: When searching by salary or degree, enter the minimum value desired. Your search results will pull any matches to this value or higher. For example, if your minimum degree required for your position is Bachelor, select "Bachelor" from the pull down to return all candidates who at least have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Search by Location: Our Resume Databases are targeted to candidates who reside in the United States and Canada. At the present time, we do not candidate sourcing outside the US and Canada.

 
What is a Corporate Profile and how do I use it? This full-page company advertisement is for Corporate Members and is included in your membership package. A logo/link to your company web site is included on the page for one year. Improve your company's visibility and recruiting efforts by having in-depth information instantly and easily available to job seekers. This is the place to highlight recruiting programs, women's initiatives, diversity commitments, working environment, benefits program, company overview and more...
 
What is an Up Close & Virtual Interview? For Corporate Members this is also included in your membership package This is a full page in-depth interview where we profile professionals in a broad variety of fields--real career/industry profiles including today's top Employers & Recruiters. It's great exposure for you and your company to share your expertise, insight and knowledge with our diverse, well-educated, forward thinking audience. The interview also provides a way for you to educate others about your industry/field, company & career paths available, what you look for in new hires, what you most value in an applicant, your hiring criteria, your Corporate Diversity/Women's Programs and more... This is content based employment advertising about opportunities and professionals in business at your company. A logo/link to your company web site is included on the page.

My Company/ Organization has events we'd like to post on your site. Where can I do that? You can submit your diversity, women or MBA-related Job Seeker events to our Network by filling out this Calendar Event Form. Your event will be listed and linked to the website you provide, upon approval. Be sure to include event title, date, times, locations and a short description. Send your targeted message to our Job Seekers with this free service. A reciprocal link is required.
